Bay Area Medical Academy is holding a California Dream Act and Cal Grant workshop at its San Francisco campus on Saturday, February 9th at 11 am.

At the workshop, attendees will receive help and information on applying for California Dream Act and Cal Grant funding for Bay Area Medical Academy’s Medical Assisting or Pharmacy Technician programs.

California Dream Act

You are eligible to complete the California Dream Act Application and may be eligible for state aid if you are:

  • Undocumented
  • Have a valid or expired DACA
  • A U Visa holder
  • Have Temporary Protected Status (TPS)
  • Meet the non-resident exemption requirements under AB 540

Cal Grant Application

You are eligible to complete the FAFSA if you are a:

  • US Citizen
  • Permanent Resident
  • Eligible non-citizen
  • T Visa holder
