Medical Assistant with Phlebotomy Student Spotlight Awardee: Corina Gonzales

Bay Area Medical Academy’s Medical Assistant with Phlebotomy Instructor, Dr. Zara chose Corina Gonzales as her Medical Assistant Student Spotlight Awardee for Summer 2019.

The award is given to a student for outstanding scholastic achievement and excellence.

So let’s find out a little more about Corina!

“I decided to join BAMA family this summer to further my skills and education in the thriving field of health care,” says Corina. “I originally was very interested in joining Bay Area Medical Academy upon hearing about the Phlebotomy Course that was offered. I ultimately decided that I would get an overall knowledge of the basics by completing the Medical Assistant with Phlebotomy Program.”

“I have learned vital techniques with the hands-on training provided by this institution. These newly acquired skills will assist me in my pathway to success.
